We offer an infrastructure and a services suite as a service to our partners. In so doing, our partners have little risk or up-front cost. Our income is provided via revenue sharing of the deployed services. |

| Revenue sharing allows both parties to leverage their strengths, lower their costs, and add incremental revenues. For our partners, the benefit is a very low cost method of adding high-value services. For PMV the cost of customer acquisition is greatly reduced as we leverage our partners installed base. | |
| The revenue share split is determined by the cost of providing the service, the services price, and the volume of users. As volume increases, so does the Service Provider's share of the revenue. | |
