Philosophy
As a Web Service Provider (WSP) and a Services Wholesaler, our goal is to turn World Wide Web services into information tools for our users. Our services actually do something. It could be to locate someone, remotely control appliances, or lower measurement costs to industry.
	Although we are web-centric, our information will also be available to WAP connected cell phones and PDAs. Alerts, based on the information tracked, will also be available via email and pagers. But to do these things, we must first create value.
We create value for end-users through innovative and straightforward web-based services as part of a services suite. We will expand the number of services through internal development, acquisition, and partnerships.
	We create value for our Service Provider partners by providing a provisioning, billing, management information, and helpdesk/support infrastructure that supports multiple web-based services. (WebStructure 101)
Further, we provide multiple web-based services that use that infrastructure. We make those services easily brandable by our partners. (PMV Services Suite) Additionally, we offer the infrastructure and services suite as a service to our partners. In so doing, our partners have little risk or up-front cost. Our income is provided via revenue sharing of the deployed services.
	Finally we will create value for our development partners through broader deployment of their products and services.
