WebHome 101 is a web-based home automation service.

It can use either a broadband connection, a telephone connection, or a paging network for telemetry. These, in turn, connect to a smart controller that incorporates the X.10 electrical signaling protocol. The service allows a user to control lighting, HVAC, and audio visual components via any web browser or internet enabled PDA or cell phone.
